  • Engage and communicate with Blackstone alumni through targeted outreach, invitations, and relationship-building to strengthen affinity, provide alumni services, promote program opportunities, and facilitate connections around shared professional, personal, and spiritual interests.
  • Coordinate alumni involvement in ADF initiatives by supporting communications, logistics, and strategic engagement in advocacy-related efforts and events.
  • Maintain alumni data and reporting by conducting regular touchpoints with Fellows, updating records, and supporting data collection, evaluation, and reporting in the alumni database.
  • Provide additional support as assigned to advance alumni fellowship, engagement, and outreach goals.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proven project coordination skills to prioritize and achieve deadlines and meet goals efficiently and productively.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Adeptness with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to learn and become proficient with other similar software applications and systems.
