Uplift Lives:
Support those facing homelessness gain needed Digital Skills
CARDBoard Project hosts Digital Skills Training classes at local libraries and community centers. We are looking for volunteers to help us educate and empower members of the community with new skills.
- Comfort navigating digital spaces and using technology
- Excellent verbal communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The passion to help others as they seek to better their current situations
- Coach and motivate digital learners as they learn new skills
- Assist with computer and internet navigation
- Provide support for the facilitator
- Empathy and a strong willingness to help others
