We are seeking a highly driven Franchise Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and growth marketing for a leading fitness franchise brand. You will own the strategy and execution of 360° marketing initiatives that fuel the franchise pipeline, support market expansion, and equip franchisees with practical programs that drive local engagement and revenue. This is a builder role – not an order-taker.

You will be expected to bring structure, challenge assumptions, and design repeatable processes in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end demand generation strategy for franchise development, from awareness through lead nurturing and qualification.
  • Plan and execute integrated 360° campaigns (digital, events, email, content, partnerships, and more) to drive high-quality franchise leads.
  • Partner closely with Franchise Development and Market Development teams to align marketing efforts with territory priorities and growth targets.
  • Develop, brief, and manage multi-channel campaigns, including messaging, creative direction, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform ongoing optimization and smarter expansion decisions.
  • Create scalable playbooks, templates, and frameworks for repeatable campaign execution across multiple markets.
  • Translate national promotions, challenges, and partnerships into simple, high-impact programs that franchisees can easily activate.
  • Build toolkits and templates (email copy, social assets, local promo guides) to support local marketing and member engagement.
  • Design and implement processes for campaign planning, approvals, execution, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership, creative, and sales teams to ensure alignment on strategy, priorities, and brand standards.
  • Manage timelines, expectations, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Maintain and evolve franchise development marketing collateral across print and digital channels.
  • Support copywriting and editing for campaigns, nurture sequences, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.
  • Ensure all materials reflect brand voice and visual identity while resonating with prospective franchisees and fitness consumers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience.
  • Direct franchise marketing growth experience in the fitness or wellness industry is required.
  • Hands-on experience developing and managing multi-channel, 360° campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Adobe Creative tools.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to tailor tone for franchisees, prospective owners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with marketing technology, CRM platforms, and basic analytics or reporting tools.
