Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager is a part-time, hourly contract role with a flexible schedule that will be partially on-site (2 meetings / week) at our beautiful office in the Dallas Design District and partially remote. We’re looking for someone with experience leading marketing efforts for mid-sized companies or in a senior agency role, who now seeks a more flexible, part-time contract opportunity, and who will be dedicated to this role only.

This role reports directly to the CEO and oversees all marketing activities s includes continuing to refine our marketing strategy, representing the department, managing multiple external vendors and personally executing on projects.

Responsibilities

Who We Are Looking For

  • Lead inbound marketing efforts including paid and organic search, social media, and technical SEO.
  • Oversee branding initiatives such as graphic design, copywriting, and reputation management.
  • Support sales by driving our B2B marketing strategy, sales alignment, and targeted campaigns that support sales initiatives.
  • Manage internal marketing including newsletters, internal communications, and representing the marketing department to the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a marketing coordinator or manager, or agency experience with a focus on strategy, digital and social marketing.
  • Experience directly managing vendors and holding them accountable for deliverables.
  • A firm understanding of putting social media to work for business.
  • Senior-level experience working with and managing Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and Analytics.
  • Experience with content updates in Word Press.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills.
  • Copywriting and experience writing blog posts is a plus.
  • B2B marketing experience in the tech industry is a plus.
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus for basic things like infographics.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $55 - $70 per hour and approximately 15 - 20 hours per week
  • Very Flexible schedule
  • Hybrid – office / remote role
