Overview
Red Moon Marketing is looking for a full-time Account Executive to support our Account Supervisor with managing our client, Coca-Cola. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting our Account Supervisor, ensuring the successful execution of marketing activations for our high-profile clients. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to achieve project goals.
Approximately 90% of assignments are representing our clients at events to educate consumers about our clients' brands and programs through consumer engagement and, in many instances, product sampling. The position requires a high volume of face-to-face encounters with consumers during events.
- Client Support:
Assist the Account Supervisor in managing day-to-day client interactions, addressing client needs, and providing updates on project progress. - Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise. - Project Management:
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media) to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing materials and initiatives. - Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of client presentations, performance reports, and capturing event metrics. - Market Research:
Conduct research and provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments relevant to our clients. - Pre-Event Planning and Support:
Coordinating with on-site contacts prior to the event, assist with loading in/out marketing assets, and event setup/breakdown. - Event Support and Management:
Supporting our Account Supervisor with marketing activations (day of).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience in event marketing is highly desired.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to drive company branded vehicles (large trucks, vans, or trailers).
- Comfortable traveling, working weekends, and working holidays.
