Senior Marketing Manager

Overview

We are currently seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to impact new market expansion, new restaurant openings, local store marketing, and community involvement. This role reports to the CEO and will support restaurants in Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Dallas, and Rio Grande Valley.

• Development and execution of new market expansion to generate brand awareness and excitement for the new brand
• Development and execution of new restaurant openings in collaboration with the corporate marketing team
• Recommend and execute market-wide and/or restaurant-level plans to meet specific marketing objectives
• Assist restaurant teams in ordering marketing materials for new restaurant openings and replacement merchandising as needed
• Work with corporate brand teams to develop custom merchandising as needed
• Lead order process for menu board/pricing updates
• Lead Wingstop Charities Grant cycle process including identifying partners and assisting with the application process
• Monitor restaurant performance in partnership with the Operations team and provide action plans as needed
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, tactics & programs and provide feedback, to influence the evolution of programs
• Maintain website content as needed
• Manage and post social media content across all platforms
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree but will consider candidates with equivalent experience
• Ability to develop a deep understanding of markets and communities and what makes them unique
• 3-5 years of marketing experience in the restaurant space
• Background in developing programs to drive traffic and sales
• Working knowledge of social media channels including basic social media photography/video editing skills
• Knowledge of Word Press is a Plus

This position requires approximately 25% travel, including overnights.
