At PMG, our Influencer & Branded Content team is at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and strategy, helping brands connect with audiences in authentic, meaningful ways. We craft high‑impact influencer campaigns that go beyond traditional advertising—driving engagement, building brand affinity, and delivering measurable results across social, digital, and experiential platforms.

You’ll collaborate with creators, talent agencies, media strategists, content teams, and brand partners to develop and execute influencer marketing programs that seamlessly align storytelling with business objectives. Whether it’s identifying the right talent, negotiating partnerships, overseeing content production, or optimizing campaign performance, your role will be instrumental in shaping how brands foster meaningful connections with their audiences.

Beyond execution, you’ll play a role in exploring new content formats, leveraging emerging platforms, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure influencer strategies are not only relevant but also innovative and impactful. At PMG, we don’t just follow trends—we create them.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Serve as the senior strategic partner for major clients, building multi‑year relationships rooted in trust, innovation, and measurable success.
  • Champion client growth and retention
    , proactively identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and strengthen long‑term collaboration.
  • Translate client goals into actionable influencer and social strategies that connect brands with creators in meaningful, impactful ways.
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration
    , ensuring alignment between influencer, creative, strategy, and delivery teams for seamless execution.
  • Guide the development of proposals, renewals, and expansion initiatives that position PMG’s value clearly and persuasively.
  • Partner with senior leadership to oversee commercial health
    , including account profitability, forecasting, and pricing strategies that sustain long‑term success.
  • Provide strategic oversight across markets, ensuring campaigns align with client objectives and deliver consistent excellence globally.
  • Mentor and empower account team members—cultivating growth, fostering curiosity, and supporting professional development.

What You Will Bring
  • 7+ years of experience in Influencer & Branded Content, including 4+ years of leadership experience, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Mastery in content creation and influencer marketing strategy, leading high‑impact collaborations that drive brand engagement.
  • Expertise in contract review and proposal development, ensuring seamless partnership negotiations and agreements.
  • Advanced detail orientation, overseeing execution, reporting, and compliance across large‑scale influencer initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in project implementation, managing end‑to‑end influencer campaigns from strategy to execution.
