Who You Will Be Working With

At PMG, our Influencer & Branded Content team is at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and strategy, helping brands connect with audiences in authentic, meaningful ways. We craft high‑impact influencer campaigns that go beyond traditional advertising—driving engagement, building brand affinity, and delivering measurable results across social, digital, and experiential platforms.

You’ll collaborate with creators, talent agencies, media strategists, content teams, and brand partners to develop and execute influencer marketing programs that seamlessly align storytelling with business objectives. Whether it’s identifying the right talent, negotiating partnerships, overseeing content production, or optimizing campaign performance, your role will be instrumental in shaping how brands foster meaningful connections with their audiences.

Beyond execution, you’ll play a role in exploring new content formats, leveraging emerging platforms, and ahead of industry trends to ensure influencer strategies are not only relevant but also innovative and impactful. At PMG, we don’t just follow trends—we create them.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the full campaign lifecycle, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Client Growth Lead and Account Director to support client retention, renewals, and upsells—focusing on long‑term partnership health.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end campaign process
    , including creative concepting, briefing, contracting, production logistics, approvals, and reporting.
  • Lead client communications
    , providing proactive updates, performance insights, and thoughtful recommendations that build trust and clarity.
  • Translate client goals into actionable influencer strategies—pairing creators with brands to deliver high‑performing, social‑first content.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure all deliverables meet brand, platform, and performance standards.
  • Analyze campaign data and storytelling outcomes, identifying insights to optimize future activations and strengthen client relationships.
  • Support creator management
    , from outreach and contracting to feedback and content approval, ensuring smooth, respectful collaboration.
  • Track budgets, manage campaign documentation, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of all work streams.
  • Participate in post‑campaign reviews

What You Will Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in Influencer & Branded Content, including 2+ years of leadership experience, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in content creation and influencer marketing strategy, driving impactful brand collaborations and campaign execution.
  • Experience in contract review and proposal development, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful influencer partnerships.
  • Strong detail orientation, maintaining accuracy in campaign management, reporting, and contractual agreements.
