Who You Will Be Working WithAt PMG, our Influencer & Branded Content team is at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and strategy, helping brands connect with audiences in authentic, meaningful ways. We craft high‑impact influencer campaigns that go beyond traditional advertising—driving engagement, building brand affinity, and delivering measurable results across social, digital, and experiential platforms.
You’ll collaborate with creators, talent agencies, media strategists, content teams, and brand partners to develop and execute influencer marketing programs that seamlessly align storytelling with business objectives. Whether it’s identifying the right talent, negotiating partnerships, overseeing content production, or optimizing campaign performance, your role will be instrumental in shaping how brands foster meaningful connections with their audiences.
Beyond execution, you’ll play a role in exploring new content formats, leveraging emerging platforms, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure influencer strategies are not only relevant but also innovative and impactful. At PMG, we don’t just follow trends—we create them.

What You Will Be Doing- Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, helping to deliver outstanding, creative work for global brands.
- Serve as a reliable day‑to‑day contact for clients—managing updates, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Partner with Account Managers and Directors to develop campaign briefs, creator contracts, and proposals
, ensuring clarity and accuracy. - Contribute to pitches and presentations
, helping bring creative ideas to life through data, insights, and storytelling. - Collaborate across influencer, creative, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive, effective client campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and analyze data to identify key insights and learnings.
- Maintain organized campaign folders, documentation, and reports
, ensuring all information is accurate and easy to access. - Stay current on creator trends, platform updates, and brand partnerships
, identifying new opportunities to elevate client work. - Monitor budgets, timelines, and performance targets to support the achievement of campaign and revenue goals.
- Demonstrate curiosity and initiative—actively seeking opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the team’s success.
- 1+ years of experience in Influencer & Branded Content, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Understanding of content creation and influencer marketing strategy, supporting campaign execution and brand partnerships.
- Strong attention to detail orientation, ensuring accuracy and consistency in influencer and branded content initiatives.
- Experience in project implementation, helping coordinate and manage influencer collaborations.
- Basic proficiency in presentation skills, effectively communicating campaign results and insights.
- Familiarity with advertising standards, client service, and relationship management, ensuring seamless influencer partnerships.
