- Performance marketing strategy and ownership
- Channel launch and optimization
- Media performance, marketing mix, investment management
- 7+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation
- Experience developing media plans that drive lead generation and revenue growth

- Experience managing large media budgets with channel mixes
- Experience with services-based businesses or Home / Outdoor Services is very nice to have
