About the Role:
As a Marketing Manager
, you will lead marketing strategy and execution for Oak Wood’s manufactured housing portfolio across 87 communities nationwide
. This role owns the top and middle of the buyer funnel—driving awareness, demand, and qualified leads through digital marketing, messaging, and campaign coordination.
You will ensure our brand presence, online listings, social media, and promotions are consistently optimized to support lead generation, engagement, and conversion in partnership with onsite sales teams.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage inbound marketing channels supporting home sales, including digital advertising, social media, email, and online listings.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive lead volume, engagement, and tour requests across all communities.
- Manage and refresh social media platforms and third-party listings to ensure inventory, pricing, promotions, and community updates are current, accurate, and compelling.
- Coordinate messaging and campaigns across all buyer touchpoints to ensure brand consistency and conversion-focused content.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with inventory, pricing, and sales priorities.
- Monitor and optimize lead flow, response performance, and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate data and reporting in CRM and marketing systems to support performance tracking and forecasting.
- Track and report on KPIs including lead volume, traffic sources, engagement rates, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI.
- Support bilingual marketing efforts that enhance accessibility and customer experience across diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in marketing, demand generation, or customer acquisition roles (real estate, housing, or homebuilding preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, lead generation strategies, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience managing social media, online listings, and digital campaigns tied to measurable results.
- Analytical and metrics-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on marketing KPIs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
- Passion for real estate, housing, and consumer-focused marketing.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable for outcomes.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once.
- Confident brand representative across digital and social platforms.
