As a media supervisor, you’ll play a key role in this vision by driving mental availability as part of a modern marketing mix. You’ll work alongside senior leaders across brand strategy, connections strategy, media, analytics, and brand performance marketing, contributing to both internal initiatives and high-impact client work as a valued member of the Strategy Collective. You’ll receive comprehensive training in evidence-based marketing and help shape how we apply those principles to our programmatic marketing services.

What

You’ll Be Doing
  • Collaborating with the media team in the creation and implementation of media strategy across all touchpoints and media channels, on time and within budget
  • Assisting in the development of media strategy and presentations
  • Facilitating daily communication with clients and agency teams to ensure the smooth stewardship of our clients’ media plans
  • Growing leadership by working with media strategists to delegate tasks necessary for the implementation and stewardship of clients’ media plans; this includes training strategists on various resources used within the agency
  • Improving leadership skills through mentorship and other leadership training opportunities
  • Reviewing work with a critical lens and providing feedback
  • Assisting with the billing process through collaboration with accounting team

  • Leading discussions that translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for creative and client teams
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in team communication workflows and proactively suggesting refinements
What You Have in Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree or a wide range of education and life experiences; the ideal candidate combines an understanding of people and culture
  • Three to five years of communication strategy with experience related to paid media
  • Hands-on experience with various media resources such as (but not limited to) Microsoft Excel, Mediaocean/Prisma, Kantar, Media tools, Sizmek, Nielsen, etc.
  • Experience analyzing data and drawing insights that make media plans more effective
  • Demonstrated experience shaping communication strategy within integrated campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media
  • A track record of presenting strategy recommendations directly to clients and gaining alignment from stakeholders
  • Applied storytelling and data synthesis to craft actionable communication frameworks for campaigns
  • Familiarity with testing communication approaches on emerging platforms and translating learnings into broader strategies
