The Opportunity
Vorwerk US is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the next phase of U.S. brand and market expansion. This is a rare opportunity to architect the marketing ecosystem for Thermomix in the United States — building brand relevance, digital performance, and consultant enablement.
You will:
- Own and drive the U.S. marketing strategy across brand, digital, culinary, and consultant engagement
- Define positioning, messaging, and storytelling for Thermomix in the U.S. market
- Lead integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, influencer, experiential, PR, email, and SMS
- Deploy analytics and automation to optimize CAC and maximize marketing ROI
- Equip and empower the independent consultant network to fuel activation, retention, and advocacy
- Partner closely with Sales on consultant programs, training, incentives, and community initiatives
- Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, seasonal programs, and culinary content
- Oversee brand expression and customer experience across all touchpoints
- Shape culinary marketing and recipe content to inspire usage and engagement
- Manage PR, media, and reputation to drive awareness and interest
- Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary marketing team
- Collaborate with global Vorwerk teams to leverage best practices and scale success
You bring:
- 10–15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- Demonstrated success driving brand growth and digital performance
- Experience with omnichannel campaign architecture and performance marketing
- Familiarity with community-driven, advocacy-based, or direct sales models (preferred, not required)
- Strength in analytics, automation, CRM, content, and storytelling
- Proven leadership capability with a bias for ownership and impact
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving, growth-oriented environments
