Affiliate Manager

Compensation: $80,000 – $93,000 base salary + quarterly performance bonus (15% of total compensation)

Total Target Compensation: $92,000 – $107,000 annuall

The Affiliate Manager for the Taryn Newton brand team plays a key role in driving daily affiliate sales, identifying trending products, and connecting data with content strategy.

This position combines creativity, analytics, and merchandising — sourcing high-potential products, styling them for shoots, and posting affiliate content that converts. You’ll work with Brand Partnerships Manager and Community Content Coordinator + Admin and report directly to Taryn Newton
, who provides creative direction and strategy oversight.

We’re looking for someone who loves fashion, follows trends closely, and can turn data into decisions that grow affiliate revenue every day.

• Stay up to date on new arrivals, fashion trends, and seasonal sales across key retailers and affiliate platforms.
• Source and curate products that have high sales potential and align with Taryn’s brand style.
• Style and stage products for photoshoots and content creation (light hands‑on involvement alongside the content team).
• Post and manage affiliate content on social platforms, including light editing and formatting when needed.
• Manage affiliate programs across LTK, Shop My, Walmart Creator, and Amazon

• Track and analyze affiliate sales data to create actionable daily and weekly plans

• Use analytics to pivot quickly — adjusting product selections, timing, or creative direction based on performance.
• Collaborate with the content and partnerships teams to align affiliate products with campaigns and posting schedules.
• Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and communication with affiliate platforms and partners.

• Consistent growth in affiliate clicks, conversions, and revenue.
• Timely, trend‑driven product selections that outperform category averages.
• Strong collaboration with content and partnerships teams.
• Actionable use of data to refine product curation and sales strategy.
• Flawless link accuracy and platform management.

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, merchandising, or influencer brand partnerships.
• Hands‑on experience with LTK / Reward Style, Shop My, Walmart Creator, or Amazon Associates.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, online retail, and product sourcing.
• Experience interpreting analytics and sales data to inform strategy.
• Organized, creative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Basic content posting or editing experience on social media (Reels, Stories, LTK posts, etc.).

• Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of total annual compensation
• Total Target Compensation: $92,000 – $107,000 annually
• Schedule: Hybrid (2–3 days per week onsite in Prosper, TX)
