WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
We're looking for an enthusiastic Franchise Marketing Manager who loves fitness and the
lifestyle around it . This is a fun and fast paced full - time role, so we are looking for an outgoing
and creative team player who’s as comfortable working around the clang of a barbell during an
event as they are creating an integrated campaign across multiple markets.
You’ll manage Franchise Marketing efforts through both creative and administrative
tasks, overseei ng day - to - day management our brand marketing activities, and you’ll be an
integral part of bringing our mission and vision to life. You will report to the Franchise Marketing
Team.
Areas that play to your strengths:
• CONSUMER INSIGHTS - Be the eyes, ears, and voice of the consumer, applying your
understanding of the fitness industry, demographics, and psychographics to influence
marketing plans. Work with entire RSG Marketing team to constantly monitor and optimize
campaign performance
• MULTI - TASKER – You work with poise under pressure while navigating multiple team
requests simultaneously. Your ability to prioritize allows for efficient workflows while
delivering outstanding results
• CREATIVE - You’ll be ask ed to come up with ideas...lots of them. We want bad ideas
too because that helps everyone see the really great ones. You’ll then work to bring those
ideas to life with your team to deliver on established objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the digital guru for contact and resource to our company's franchisees and their
marketing liaisons
• Provide day - to - day digital marketing support for our company's franchise system ,
including but not limited to, education and training
• Monitor web - bas ed marketing strategies across all franchise micro - site s
• Drafts, implement and maintain marketing campaigns on all Franchise digital platforms
• Supports the setup of franchise website(s). Ensures promotions and campaigns are
represented correctly on franchi se website(s)
• Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
• Assist with content collection and project management
• Maintain and revise printed and online franchise marketing collateral

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience, f itness or wellness experience is a plus .
Must have 3+ years of experience with Word Press
• Must have strong knowledge of CMS and web analytics .
• Project management experience is a plus .
• Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills. Strong computer literacy is a must.
• Must be a problem solver who is able to navigate new projects and assignments.
• Exercise good judgment in decision making.
• Must be able to build relationships, genuine connections, and trust, both internally and
externally. Must have a client - first mentality and commitment to excellence and
continuous improvement.
• Must be proactive and possess strong organization and prioriti zation skills. Must have a
high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to communicate clearly in
all various modes (verbal, written, text, etc.). Must have well - developed interpersonal
skills and a positive attitude.
• Must have exceptional time - management skills and be able to execute tasks and
responsibilities in an ever - changing environment.
• Must be flexible and reliable team player internally and externall y.
• Must be able to think creatively and be innovative.
• Ability to travel to various fitness clubs and support centers , as needed.
