The Creative Marketing Specialist supports the growth and scalability of the marketing organization by helping turn brand systems, visual identity, and creative strategy into clear, consistent, and channel ready content. This role uses creative tools, content automation platforms, and structured workflows to produce assets that follow established brand frameworks and support campaigns, evergreen content, and other marketing initiatives. The specialist helps maintain content systems, improves workflow efficiency, and contributes to consistent marketing output across channels.

This position requires strong creative instincts, curiosity, and the ability to translate strategy into effective content that supports large scale marketing needs.

This is a contract position with the potential for contract to hire.

Creative Development and Content Support
  • Use creative tools, automation platforms, and AI assisted workflows as creative companions to develop content for graphics, video, social, email, web, and written formats.
  • Prepare and structure the information that content tools need so outputs follow the creative brief and channel requirements.
  • Ensure content generated from tools aligns with brand guidelines and meets accuracy and quality standards before use.
  • Support campaign and content planning by generating outlines, message variations, and initial content drafts.
Creative Tools and Content Systems
  • Manage creative tools, content automation systems, and digital platforms used to scale marketing output.
  • Configure tools and templates so they support brand systems and creative frameworks.
  • Maintain prompt libraries, input structures, usage documentation, and workflow guides.
  • Review outputs from creative tools to ensure they meet quality, tone, and brand expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content automation and recommend tools that increase team efficiency.
Content Organization and Workflow Support
  • Maintain content structures, libraries, naming conventions, and branding within the Digital Asset Management system.
  • Organize assets, update libraries, and support content readiness for campaigns and channels.
  • Support workflow improvements by documenting processes and identifying opportunities to simplify steps.
Collaboration, Standards, and Quality
  • Collaborate with design, social, web, email, and field marketing teams to support content planning and execution.
  • Review AI content for clarity, tone, and accuracy.
  • Maintain organized documentation, prompt libraries, and process guides.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, improve prompts, and recommend new AI tools.
Qualifications
  • Degree in marketing, communications, fine arts, digital media, or a related field.
  • Experience creating content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Express, Figma, Cap Cut, Descript, Airtable, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using AI assisted creative tools for writing, ideation, or asset support such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Jasper, Midjourney, or similar.
  • Experience with short form video editing or basic graphic production using tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Express, or similar.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management systems or similar organizational platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media, email marketing, website content, or SEO informed content workflows.
  • Understanding of marketing campaigns and multi-channel creative strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within fast paced and evolving workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a creative, marketing, or content production team.
  • Experience in a large, multi-location organization or agency environment.
  • Experience developing structured content systems such as naming conventions, content libraries, or workflow documentation.
