Role OverviewWe’re seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands‑on Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and lead customer lifecycle strategy (email and SMS) across a multi‑brand portfolio using Klaviyo. This role will be responsible for building and scaling a best‑in‑class lifecycle marketing program while transitioning execution from an agency‑led model to an internal center of excellence.

Key Responsibilities- Own and lead customer lifecycle strategy across a multi‑brand portfolio, including email and SMS
- Hire, manage, and develop an email specialist, ensuring high‑quality execution and strong attention to detail
- Build and optimize the end‑to‑end customer journey, from siteलब many browsing to first purchase to repeat purchases and retention
- Own the strategy and roadmap for email automations, flows, and lifecycle programs
- Report on lifecycle performance monthly, delivering insights on campaigns, customer journeys, and optimization opportunities
- Continuously analyze performance across campaigns, flows, audiences, and segmentation to drive ongoing improvement
- Stay current on lifecycle marketing, deliverability, and creative best practices and trends
- Build and maintain testing frameworks and experimentation roadmaps
- Develop strategies to grow subscriber lists and enable cross‑brand audience sharing
- Partner closely with internal teams including creative, copywriting, content, SEO, and design to ensure strong messaging, layout, and delivery
- Monitor competitive and best‑in‑class lifecycle programs to identify new tactics and opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in email and lifecycle marketing
- Deep expertise in Klaviyo, including campaigns, flows, and audience segmentation
- Strong understanding of email and SMS best practices, Victoria including creative and deliverability
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
- Understanding of how to leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High comfort level with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
