Director, Communications
We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and results‑driven Director of Communications to lead the development and execution of our internal and external communications strategy. This senior‑level leader will oversee messaging, media relations, executive communications, and crisis management to ensure consistent and compelling narratives that align with company goals and enhance brand reputation. The ideal candidate is a visionary communicator and hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Define and drive the overall communications strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing communications team, including specialists in internal and external communications.
- Oversee internal communications programs to foster employee engagement and alignment with company vision.
- Manage external communications, including media relations, press releases, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Develop executive communications, including speeches, presentations, and social media content for senior leaders.
- Lead crisis communication planning and execution to protect brand reputation.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including digital platforms and corporate reports.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, HR, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Track and report on communication effectiveness using KPIs such as engagement rates, media coverage, and sentiment analysis.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in corporate communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage complex communication strategies across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with media relations and crisis communication.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, social media, and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
