Brand Management Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced account supervisor for a challenging and fun opportunity on our brand management team. You will join TRG at an exciting time in our company’s evolution to guide two dynamic brands that are fully integrated and growing. You will be instrumental in leading internal teams to successful collaboration, creativity, and innovation and in fostering strong client relationships.
Our ideal candidate is an organized, strong communicator with four to six years of experience, a passion for marketing and communications, and a proven track record of managing strong client and agency relationships.
- Guiding two key accounts – working directly with the client and internal teams to plan, execute, and measure branding and communications programs
- Collaborating with brand strategy, digital strategy, creative, media, and production teams within the agency and with the clients and other agency partners
- Overseeing a brand manager, partnering with them to manage digital, social, broadcast, print, and nontraditional marketing initiatives – from briefing the creative teams to ensuring that production is completed on time and on budget
- Supporting brand director, group brand director, and principal in leading internal teams to successful collaboration and in managing the financial health of the accounts you support
- Using client‑service skills as you engage directly with clients to build strong relationships and deliver all program elements with excellence
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of and passion for clients’ businesses
- Proactively leading all work, not just completing assignments but also seeking out new opportunities to advance the business
- Client and internal communications and relationship-building

- Leading integrated campaigns from beginning to end including video, audio, print, digital, social, and out‑of‑home
- Thinking on your feet and working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- Demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and a strong work ethic
- Working in Keynote, PowerPoint, and Excel
- A bachelor’s degree in advertising, strategic communications, or a marketing‑related field, or relevant industry experience
- Four to six years of agency experience
