You’ll Be Working With

The Convergent Video & Audio team leads the blend of traditional and convergent video media strategies, crafting immersive, cross‑platform experiences that connect audiences across TV, streaming, radio, and emerging media channels. You’ll collaborate with media strategists, creative teams, analytics experts, client strategists, data engineers, and top industry sales & measurement vendors to drive measurable results and fuel brand growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Oversee the full spectrum of video and audio media strategy across global markets.
  • Advise executive leadership on media investment and competitive positioning.

  • Lead strategic decision‑making for large‑scale media investments across TV, radio, and convergent video.
  • Develop and implement long‑term growth strategies based on evolving consumer behaviors.
  • Engage with executive leadership to align media marketing with corporate objectives.
  • Drive technological advancements and automation in marketing operations.
  • Oversee multi‑million‑dollar budgets with a focus on efficiency and innovation.
  • Serve as a thought leader, representing the company at industry events and forums.
  • Elevate PMG as a trusted strategic partner, building and maintaining close client relationships.
  • Nurture a network of relationships with video and audio platforms.
What You’ll Bring
  • 17+ years of experience in Convergent Video & Audio, including 10+ years of leadership experience, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Senior media director or head of center of excellence with responsibility for all TV, CTV, and radio media activities, ensuring integration with overall marketing plans.
  • Proven ability to guide multiple teams, manage client strategy and relationships, drive innovation, and oversee financial and operational performance of the media department.
  • Deep expertise in marketing strategy, planning, and analysis, shaping data‑driven, high‑impact convergent media initiatives.
  • Expertise in marketing metrics and advanced measurement techniques to optimize cross‑platform campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in media planning and buying across convergent video and traditional channels.
  • In‑depth knowledge of convergent video and audio platforms, including geofencing, Nielsen DMAs, and measurement tools like Vivvix, Video Amp, and EDO.
  • Advanced experience with platforms such as Innovid and iSpot, using data‑driven insights for strategic media optimization.
  • Commitment to curiosity, adaptability, and continual learning, with a client‑focused mindset.
