Enrollment Management Communications Coordinator

Position Overview:The Enrollment Management Communications Coordinator will serve as a key member of the Enrollment Management and Student Affairs team, responsible for the strategic execution of prospective student engagement initiatives across digital platforms. This position will leverage the CRM (Target
X) and other digital tools to deliver timely, data‑driven communications, manage admissions‑related digital content, and support recruitment‑focused outreach strategies.
- Develop, manage, and optimize automated and targeted outreach campaigns through the CRM (emails, SMS, and mailers).
- Maintain accurate CRM data, segmentations, and reporting dashboards to support strategic decision‑making and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with CRM Administrators and Recruitment staff to design effective communication workflows aligned with enrollment goals.
- Manage admissions‑related website content to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and a seamless prospective student experience.
- Develop and schedule content for recruitment‑focused social media platforms, monitoring performance and engagement.
- Create digital assets (infographics, guides, videos, etc.) to support outreach initiatives and enhance prospective student engagement.
- Coordinate cross‑departmentally to ensure campaigns and digital initiatives align with recruitment and enrollment priorities.
- Track, analyze, and report on outreach effectiveness, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and outcomes.
- Maintain documentation and provide training related to CRM tools and digital outreach processes.
Bachelor's Degree in related field and two years of experience in communications, marketing, advertising, or public relations; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in higher education recruitment, admissions operations, or student engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including email automation, SMS outreach, social media strategy, and web analytics.
- Familiarity with HTML, content management systems, and web accessibility standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while taking independent ownership of projects.
