The Regional Growth & Innovation Manager supports Aramark Refreshments business strategies, driving profitable growth across office coffee, micro‑markets, vending, breakroom, and retail experiences. Reporting to the Vice President of Innovation and Customer Experience, the role engages the South Region operations and sales teams to execute sales growth, client satisfaction, retention, and customer engagement initiatives. It manages five field marketing specialists and oversees local store marketing initiatives, regional programs, client activations, product and equipment marketing, and product management and analysis.

• Manage a team of field marketing specialists to execute marketing programs in Office Coffee Services, Vending, and Micro‑market accounts.
• Manage national marketing initiatives while developing and executing local promotional calendars.
• Develop and project manage repeatable field processes and key metrics that measure operating profit, product rotation and merchandising standards.
• Partner with Regional Leadership to support client needs that drive measurable results across the amenity and retail space.
• Support large openings by ensuring all components are ready (signage, merchandising, welcome kits, pricing communication) and training teams.
• Lead pilot processes from identifying opportunities to definition, implementation, and tracking.
• Support national account managers and business development managers with CBRs, events, and sales presentations.
• Train field teams on new planograms, products, and services for proper setup.
• Serve as the expert on 365 Retail kiosk capabilities, including reporting, promotions, loyalty, implementation, and maintenance.
• Monitor industry trends, pricing, products, and vendors for tactical outcomes.
• Activate brand standards and deliver consistency at all identified service points.
• Present ideas, influence stakeholders, and maintain regular communication with vendors, clients, and leadership.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or food‑service operations.
• Experience managing a small team (plus).
• Up to 50% travel may be expected.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and decision‑making skills with proven program execution capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑based, highly matrixed organization.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and influencing communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Creative and flexible; able to adapt to new situations in a dynamic environment.
• A self‑starter who is confident, self‑motivated, and works with minimal supervision.
