Mission
  • Lead and optimize production processes by ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety, while fostering innovation and teamwork. Dedicated to meeting internal and external customer needs through effective resource management, compliance with regulations, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Functions
  • Lead the manufacturing team. Implement, execute, and verify the routine management of the production, quality, environment, safety, logistics, storage, and planning areas.
  • Maintain a focused and motivated team striving for continuous improvement, ensuring plant performance levels support the company’s growth objectives.
  • Production Planning and Control: Develop and manage the production schedule, including resource allocation to meet specifications in terms of time and quantity for internal and external customers, and oversee seasonal production tracking.
  • Budget and Capex Management: Prepare, monitor, and control the operational budget, and define investment projects in collaboration with the country manager.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, uniforms, and purchased and produced goods, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Specification Compliance: Ensure compliance with all specifications, regulations, and internal and external standards regarding health, safety, environment, and food safety. Address and follow up on observations from internal and external audits.
  • Staff Supervision: Direct and supervise all manufacturing activities, ensuring quality, production, and safety objectives are met. Foster staff development through identifying knowledge gaps and improving team productivity and efficiency. Manage authorized headcount, additional shifts, and overtime, and oversee recruitment, selection, and personnel management processes (uniforms, benefits, permissions, schedules).
  • Cost Control: Monitor operational costs, formulation yields, and identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
  • Customer Service: Interact with clients or users to gather feedback on services and products, implementing improvements as necessary. Ensure timely delivery of all inputs and final products to facilitate client operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Manage and supervise the cleaning and maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and plant infrastructure.
  • Performance Indicators: Monitor area indicators and implement actions to close gaps against objectives. Ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Follow up on and execute new developments, including cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, formulations, cost optimization, and waste reduction.

Educational Background

  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred for leadership positions.
Experience Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing, production management, or operations leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in managing production schedules, labor costs, and operational budgets.
  • Hands‑on experience with inventory management, quality assurance processes, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage staff performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, ISO standards).
  • Evidence of successful project management, cost‑saving initiatives, and process improvements.
