As a Brewer at Manhattan Project Beer Co., you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of quality and innovation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating, CIP, and maintaining brewing systems (50 bbl, 30 bbl, 3 bbl, 10 gal).
• Performing fermentation additions, including dry hops, fruit, and finings.

• Conducting daily measurements, sensory analysis, and making process decisions to ensure exceptional quality.
• Participating in product development meetings and sensory panels.

• Operating and maintaining the centrifuge, CIP skid, and other equipment.
• Racking product in and out of oak barrels.
• Driving and operating forklifts and scissor lifts to support production.

• Maintaining a clean and organized production area that reflects our commitment to excellence.

• Has 2+ years of professional brewing experience and a passion for the craft.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment (able to lift up to 55 lbs).
• Excellent problem‑solver with strong organizational skills.
• Follows safety protocols and maintains attention to detail in every step of production.

• Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
• Biweekly weekend duties (approximately 2 hours).
