ResponsibilitiesAs a Brewer at Manhattan Project Beer Co., you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of quality and innovation. Your responsibilities will include:
Brewing and Production- Operating, CIP, and maintaining brewing systems (50 bbl, 30 bbl, 3 bbl, 10 gal).
- Performing fermentation additions, including dry hops, fruit, and finings.
- Conducting daily measurements, sensory analysis, and making process decisions to ensure exceptional quality.
- Participating in product development meetings and sensory panels.
- Operating and maintaining the centrifuge, CIP skid, and other equipment.
- Racking product in and out of oak barrels.
- Driving and operating forklifts and scissor lifts to support production.
- Maintaining a clean and organized production area that reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Competitive Pay: 50k‑65k, based on experience.

- Has 2+ years of professional brewing experience and a passion for the craft.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment (able to lift up to 55 lbs).
- Excellent problem‑solver with strong organizational skills.
- Follows safety protocols and maintains attention to detail in every step of production.
- Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
- Biweekly weekend duties (approximately 2 hours).
