About the Opportunity

Symbiotic Services is seeking a Machine Operator - Foam to support manufacturing operations

in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for operating foam-related

equipment, supporting production processes, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The

ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to efficiency and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate foam machinery and equipment according to production standards

• Follow work instructions to cut, shape, and prepare foam components

• Ensure products meet established quality standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in alignment with 5S standards

• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times

• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily production goals

• Support training efforts and assist team members as needed

• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• General knowledge of manufacturing processes; foam or upholstery experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to communicate effectively (English required; Spanish or Vietnamese a plus)

• Team-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
