Role Description

The CNC Machinist role is a full‑time, on-site position located in Dallas, TX. In this role, the CNC Machinist is responsible for the operation and maintenance of machine tools to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications. Daily tasks include machining, milling, performing quality control inspections, setting up and adjusting machines, and ensuring manufacturing processes meet high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

The CNC Machinist will collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and maintain a safe workplace environment.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in machine operation and expertise in operating CNC machinery
  • Demonstrated experience in machining and milling techniques
  • Knowledge of quality control practices and ability to ensure manufactured parts meet required specifications
  • Strong understanding of machinery setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Technical reading and comprehension for interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, production‑oriented environment
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop setting is highly valued
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training in machining are advantageous
