• Performance & Accuracy:
  Operate label machines efficiently to meet daily production deadlines while minimizing material waste.
• Technical Ownership:
  Use your mechanical aptitude to monitor equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify root causes rather than "band-aid" fixes.
• Data & Quality:
  Maintain accurate logs of raw materials using our ERP system and ensure a "zero-defect" mindset through close attention to detail.

High School/GED

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze equipment performance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
• Color vision proficiency to distinguish product variations.
