Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is "On-Site" at the location detailed in the job post. Full-time. Compensation: USD 20 - USD 21 hourly.

- Performance & Accuracy:
Operate label machines efficiently to meet daily production deadlines while minimizing material waste. - Technical Ownership:
Use your mechanical aptitude to monitor equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify root causes rather than "band-aid" fixes. - Data & Quality:
Maintain accurate logs of raw materials using our ERP system and ensure a "zero-defect" mindset through close attention to detail. - Safety &
Collaboration:
Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with the production team to ensure overall site health.

You maintain focus during high-pressure shifts and can pivot when production priorities change. - Detail-Oriented:
You have a strong eye for quality and can monitor close tolerances to ensure every product meets specifications. - Team-First:
You are willing to step outside your assigned duties to help a coworker for the good of the department.
High School/GED
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
- Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze equipment performance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
- Color vision proficiency to distinguish product variations.
- Shift: D, 12AM-6AM, Wed, 6PM-6AM Thurs, Fri, Sat
