A Day in the LifeAs a Forklift Operator/Material Handler, you will be a key player in our fast-paced Lancaster distribution center, ensuring the seamless flow of products that reach millions of consumers. You'll join a safety‑centric team where your efficiency and attention to detail directly contribute to our operational success.
- Safely Operate Equipment:
You will skillfully use forklifts, transtackers, and other powered equipment to load, unload, move, and stack products, always adhering to the highest safety standards. - Manage Material Flow:
Your responsibilities will include picking components for production, preparing products for shipment, and accurately storing merchandise to maintain precise inventory control. - Uphold Quality and Housekeeping:
You will ensure all shipments are accurate and damage‑free, report any quality variances, and help maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work environment. - Collaborate and Contribute:
You’ll coordinate with other departments, assist with physical inventories, and participate in value‑added services like packing and labeling as needed.
