Process Engineer needed to help build and optimize plant operations from the ground up.
This is a hands-on role focused on workflow optimization, production efficiency, and Lean execution in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize production line efficiency and material flow
- Lead line balancing and build standard development
- Own SOP creation and process documentation
- Improve layout design and machine placement
- Drive Lean initiatives including 5S, PDCA, and root cause analysis
Ideal Background:
- 2 to 5 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience
- Experience in furniture, cabinetry, mattress, wood products, or discrete assembly manufacturing preferred
- Hands-on exposure to cycle time reduction and throughput improvements
- Experience with layout design and line optimization
- Lean manufacturing experience
