Production Associate

Job Overview

Base Pay: $17 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6PM start. Must work up to 12 hours and Saturdays as needed.

Benefits start day 1.

Production Associates help in manufacturing and production. Role involves operating machinery, assembling products, monitoring production lines, and conducting quality checks. Requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, problem solving, and safety protocol adherence.

• Pouring and demolding of
• Quality control and packaging of finished products
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Work in non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment
• Fast-paced, physically demanding, repetitive environment with heavy lifting or hand work

Work environment: stable, physically demanding, lifting up to 75 pounds.

• Minimum 12 months in a manufacturing environment
• Age 18 years or older
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 75 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Requires standing, walking, working on concrete surfaces for shift duration
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and twist; push; talk or hear
• Temperature conditions: 60-110°F on plant floor
• Use of protective eyewear and hearing protection required; additional safety equipment such as gloves, aprons, arm guards may be required
