Milk Receivers are responsible for the unloading milk from tanker trucks, washing and sanitizing tanker trucks, silos, receiving lines, and aiding with company products in a safe and sanitary work environment.
Responsibilities- Maintain all pumps, piping, and other items necessary for the actual unloading of product.
- Sanitize all unloading equipment prior to its use.
- Check all incoming tanker loads for order, temperature, taste, and any other factors in accordance with the Quality Assurance Program.
- Be responsible for the actual flow of all incoming products to their proper holding silos.
- Be responsible for the procurement of all necessary samples, in accordance with the Quality Assurance Program, and state or federal regulatory agencies, prior to the actual unloading of the product.
- Be responsible for the washing of all pumps, piping, and equipment used while performing the unloading or loading process during the shift and maintaining the entire receiving area in a clean and orderly manner while in compliance with quality assurance policies.
- Must be able to obtain within 30 days of hire State Lab Sample Testing Certification and Sample Pulling Certification.
- Ability to read and interpret receiving documents.
- Minimum age: 18.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam.
May be required to lift, carry, lower 1-50 lbs, and occasionally 60 lbs. Must be able to work in both very hot (more than 100 degrees) and very cold (less than 20 degreesbelow zero) and in a very wet and humid environment for extended periods of time. Exposed to noise/vibration, and chemicals. Required to Stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, push and pull, and reach at, above and below the shoulder.
Repetition-Hand/Wrist Simple Grasping, Firm grasping.
Sun - Wed 12am-12pm. minimum 40 hours.
Pay$22.31 per hour
