- Advanced troubleshooting primarily focusing on flexographic and gravure printing, inks, and coatings for all our target markets.
- Troubleshooting of lithographic printing inks and varnishes.
- Sales support regarding product selection, test runs, and account transitions.
- Growth and support of consumables and consulting sales
- Contributions to the Wikoff Technical Solutions Knowledgebase
- Color Measurement hardware and software support
- X-Rite- iQC, IFS, Color Cert
- Curve, pressSIGN
- Techkon Calibri, ChromaQA
- Customertraining programs
- Data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in flexographic and or gravure printing industries.
- Minimum of 5 years of fluid ink or coating lab formulation or color matching
- Minimum of 5 years litho ink color matching, pressroom support
- Sales experience greater than 1 year
- Excellent color theory understanding
- College Degree preferred, Industry experience can offset
- Excellent interpersonal, math, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meetings
- Proficiency in X-Rite software systems- X-Rite iQC, and IFS6
- Ability to plan and organize and complete tasks independently
- Ability to travel > 50% of a month
- Valid passport required with no restrictions for international travel
