CASE STACK OPERATOR

The Case Stack Operator plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our Dallas Plant, ensuring that all products are properly stacked and prepared for distribution. This position requires keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards throughout the stacking process. The operator will be responsible for monitoring equipment performance and making necessary adjustments to optimize production flow.

Additionally, the Case Stack Operator will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during operations. Ultimately, the success of this role directly impacts the overall productivity and efficiency of our dairy operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor case stacking machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Inspect stacked cases for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions.
• Document production metrics and report any discrepancies to management.

Skills:

The required skills for this position include mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, which are essential for operating and monitoring case stacking machinery effectively. Strong communication skills are necessary for collaborating with team members and reporting production metrics. Problem-solving abilities will be utilized daily to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions. Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing/production or construction/labor environment.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to operate machinery.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Certification in forklift operation or other relevant machinery.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
