Position Summary
The Production Manager oversees all manufacturing lines within the facility, managing a team of Production Supervisors and ensuring operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage Production Supervisors across multiple manufacturing business lines.
- Oversee daily production operations to meet schedule, output, and quality requirements.
- Develop and execute production plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA.
- Monitor KPIs (OEE, scrap, yields, productivity, downtime).
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and CI initiatives.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance.
- Ensure SOP compliance.
- Manage labor budgets and resource allocation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related.
- 10+ years manufacturing leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes.
- Experience leading supervisors.
- Familiar with Lean or Six Sigma.
