Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6 am‑6 pm;
Wednesday 6 am‑12 pm.
Starting hiring rate: $20–21 /hour.

• Operate label machines efficiently to meet production deadlines.
• Minimize waste or misuse of raw materials.
• Communicate production issues to the Production Supervisor and/or Facility Manager.
• Perform distribution functions as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs of raw materials and product cartons for a FIFO inventory and QC identification.
• Use ERP system to log time and materials for each job.
• Maintain all dies.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area, use required PPE, and follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Work overtime or on other shifts as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
• Attending regularly is essential.
• Comply with company policies regarding drug‑free workplace and safety procedures.

• Stand 2/3 to full time on the shift daily.
• Use hands and fingers to handle and feel 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.
• Reach with hands and arms 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.
• Lift 50 lbs 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.
• Require close vision (clear at 20‑inches or less).
• Color vision to identify and distinguish colors.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to two years related experience and/or training.
• Strong mechanical skills to analyze and operate label machine equipment.
• Ability to embody and reflect company core values.
