Position:
General Manufacturing/Production (Rates from $18.55 to $21.00)

What You’ll Do:

• Perform within a fast-paced, team environment to meet monthly, weekly, and daily production goals.
• Move materials and components between floor, pallets, conveyors, and tables as needed.
• Operate equipment such as sewing machines, hot glue guns, and pallet jacks.
• Ensure production materials are sorted, verified, and supplied to appropriate stations to meet schedules.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals.
• Label and pack finished goods accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the process to ensure standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a standing position for at least 8 hours per shift.
• Perform frequent walking, squatting, turning, twisting, pushing, and bending in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are required.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
