You’ll be a key part of production operations, ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time. High attention to detail is crucial, and your work will directly impact production efficiency and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull and issue materials from the stockroom using handheld scanners accurately according to job releases.
- Complete all required transactions efficiently, including Back Orders, Material Move Requests, and Stocking Tickets.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe stockroom environment.
- Stock incoming materials in their proper locations.
- Review stockroom locations and move materials using MRP software.
- Conduct cycle counts and other inventory accuracy activities to maintain high stockroom precision.
- Provide flexible support in other areas as needed, including receiving, shipping, and warehouse tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing stockroom or order fulfillment environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with computers, MS Office, and inventory software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quality-minded, dependable, and not a job-hopper.
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, peak workload periods, holidays, and during annual physical inventory.
Education & Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Documented U.S. Citizenship or Legal Permanent Resident status.
