Material Handler – Forklift Operator

A Day in the Life You will operate powered material handling equipment to move, stage and prepare product for production and shipment, reporting to the Assembly Supervisor on-site in Lancaster, TX (1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:30pm). You’ll join a local warehouse/assembly team focused on safe, accurate and timely flow of materials.

• Equipment & Material Handling:
  Safely operate forklifts, transtackers and other MHE; perform daily inspections, minor maintenance and obtain L’Oréal forklift certification.
• Receiving, Putaway & Picking:
  Unload inbound shipments, store and rotate stock, pick components for production and prepare product for shipment.
• Loading & Quality:
  Load trailers/containers, verify shipment accuracy, report and document quality variances.
• Safety, Inventory & Value-Add:
  Maintain clean, secure work areas; assist physical inventories; perform labeling, packing and special projects.

We Are Looking For You are dependable, safety-minded and solutions-oriented, able to follow directions, adapt to shifting priorities and work effectively with your team. No high school diploma required; warehouse experience preferred. Key skills:
