• Work under minimal supervision; duties are varied and moderately complex.
• Apply advanced skills in area of specialization.
• Adapt procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment to meet special needs.
• Assist in orienting, training, assigning, and checking the work of other partners.
• Monitor production flow and control quality for new and existing retail customers.
• Coordinate production flow or ordering of products and organize production/work area.
• Oversee quality, monitor and lead shrink initiatives, and oversee special orders.
• Oversee shifts, lunches, and breaks.
• Order raw ingredients for products and maintain sanitation in department.
• Monitor working conditions of equipment and assist in training new partners.
• Support and maintain food safety, sanitation processes and all Operational Excellence initiatives.

• Typically requires 5‑8 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of department product, food preparation, and equipment required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial baking procedures and equipment essential.

• Function in a fast‑paced, retail environment.
• Lift 20 lbs or more on an occasional basis.
