Job Title: Forklift Operator (Material Handler Specialist)
Location: Dallas, TX
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overview: Reporting to the Physical Flows Supervisor, you will be a key player in our Dallas distribution center. As part of the Consumer Products Division, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of our products using powered material handling equipment (MHE), ensuring our world‑famous brands reach our customers accurately and on time.
Responsibilities- Operate forklifts and other MHE to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products, including picking materials for production and preparing finished goods for shipment.
- Uphold quality standards by ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, damage‑free, and meet our high standards.
- Champion safety and housekeeping by conducting daily equipment inspections, maintaining a clean work area, and operating all equipment safely in compliance with OSHA and L’Oréal’s safety programs.
- Assist in inventory management by ensuring proper stock rotation, participating in physical inventories, and keeping accurate records.
- A solid foundation in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Ability to meet OSHA and L’Oréal standards for forklift and MHE certification.
- Proficiency in operating powered industrial equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with other teams.
