- Responsible for receiving and entering incoming materials into the SAP system
- Generate bills of lading (BOLs) and packing slips
- Prepare purchase orders and shipping labels
- Call trucking companies (carriers) for pick‑ups
- Verify received goods to purchase orders for identification, type, quantities, and part numbers
- Build production schedules
- Create delivery notes and assign them to the floor
- Deliver non‑inventory items to designated employees, prepare Fed Ex packages and labels
- Work with accounting to reconcile inventory receipts
- Run computer reports as directed by the Manager
- Maintain recordkeeping, filing systems, and reference manuals
- Help answer incoming phone calls
