Key Responsibilities:- Machine Operation:
- Set up, calibrate, and operate the Zünd digital cutting system (e.g. Zünd G3, S3, or L3).
- Load materials such as paperboard, foam, vinyl, acrylic, corrugated, or other substrates as per job requirements.
- Interpret and execute cutting files from software
- Quality Control:
- Inspect finished products to ensure precision cutting, correct dimensions, and quality standards.
- Make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and consistency throughout production.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of cutting equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve machine or software issues in coordination with technical support when needed.
- Workflow & Coordination:
- Work closely with the design, print, and finishing teams to ensure accurate interpretation of digital files.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to client specifications.
- Maintain organized records of materials used, production times, and completed work.
- Health & Safety:
- Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
