• Rate of Pay: $16.75/hr – paid biweekly
• 1st Shift: 6am – 2:30pm, Mon. – Fri.
• 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 11pm, Mon. – Fri.

• Sorting and preparing hard copy records for scanning – document preparation
• Scanning hard copy files to electronic images, assuring a quality image
• Following production procedures and completing internal documentation & tracking
• Maintaining a clean work environment in the Imaging Center
• Adhering to the no cell phones policy on the production floor
• Other duties as specified by Supervisor/Manager

• Familiarity with PC and other computer related products
• Proficiency in reading, writing & communicating in English
• Effective communication with coworkers and management
• Ability to remove staples, sort, file and box records
• Maintaining record order and sequence
• Detail oriented and accurate work
• Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work
• Adaptability to change and long durations of project assignments
• Independent work with minimal supervision
• Educational requirement:
  High School or less than 2 years of experience
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as required

• Dock Worker duties in a non-climate controlled environment
• Imaging Specialist may need to travel between non-climate control and climate-controlled work areas
• Able to reach above head, lift and move files as required
• Lifting, moving, pushing and pulling equipment, cases, metal containers, or boxes in excess of 10–40 lbs. frequently
