• Work effectively in both small-scale and large-scale food manufacturing environments, ensuring product development is scalable.
• Apply knowledge of HACCP, SSOP, and GMP standards to maintain high safety and quality standards throughout product development.
• Use problem‑solving skills to identify opportunities for enhancing process efficiency and product quality.
• Demonstrate adaptability to changing demands while leading by example with proactivity and discipline.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, facilitating collaboration across diverse teams.
