Pre-Production Manager-2nd Shift

As a member of the Production team, the Manager - Production is a key leadership role responsible for providing a safe environment, developing and coaching all team members, and collaborating with teams across the organization to achieve KPIs that result in outstanding service to our coaches and student athletes. The Manager is responsible for producing high quality decorated garments for our student athletes across a multi-shift operation with approximately 30-90 team members with a focus on the (Screen print, Digital Fusion, Embroidery) decoration methods.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field and/or 5-7 years’ experience in manufacturing/production setting
• 3-5 years’ experience in a Manager level role
• Lean/process/continuous improvement concepts and principles, including creating GEMBA metrics
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
