* Position Summary:

** As Regional Vice President for the Houston/Dallas regions, you will drive regional strategy to effectively and efficiently distribute our Property/Casualty insurance products. This executive leadership role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, broker relationships, regional marketing initiatives, and people management. You will serve as the key regional leader, representing the organization and collaborating closely with key company executives, profit center managers, and distribution partners to ensure sustained growth and profitability.

* Key Responsibilities:

* ** Strategic Leadership:
** Provide vision, motivation, and direction to the South Central Region—internally and externally—ensuring alignment with company mission, values, and business objectives.
* ** Broker Relationship Management:
** Lead broker management, oversight, and performance. Guide regional sales distribution strategies based on in-depth analysis of broker books of business, intermediary dynamics, and local sales channels.
* ** Marketing & Distribution Strategy:
** Develop and implement collaborative, localized marketing and distribution initiatives to achieve production and performance targets for the Houston/Dallas region.
* ** Portfolio Oversight:
** Manage the property/casualty account and product portfolio across all distribution and profit center resources, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with corporate goals.
* ** Underwriting Deployment:
** Direct the deployment and structure of regional underwriting teams, ensuring effective coverage of the broker universe and supporting business development.
* ** Team Leadership and

Coaching:

** Oversee and mentor local teams, including underwriting and distribution staff, ensuring high performance and professional development. Provide hands-on coaching to enhance relationship management and day-to-day activities.
* ** Regional Representation:
** Serve as the organization’s ambassador in the Houston/Dallas market, cultivating the company’s reputation and promoting its interests among brokers, clients, and industry associations.

Collaboration:

** Partner closely with Profit Center Managers and other senior leadership to develop and execute strategies supporting regional growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
** Experience &

Qualifications:

*** Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in Property/Casualty insurance underwriting, including both admitted and E&S products.
* At least 10 years of management experience, with proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
* Strong understanding and experience with both retail and wholesale distribution channels in the Houston/Dallas marketplace.
* Established senior-level relationships in the regional retail and wholesale insurance markets.
* Proven track record of executing successful regional strategies and achieving/exceeding sales and profitability goals.
* Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or industry designations (e.g., CPCU) preferred.
* Experience in Digital Marketing
** Travel:
** Frequent travel throughout the Houston/Dallas region is required.
