DFW Airport Lead Cabin Cleaner - PM

The Lead Cabin Cleaner is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners located at DFW airport.

Second Shift - $14.75

• 1 PM - 9:30 PM

• 2 PM - 10:30 PM

• Provide leadership and direction to team members
• Relay communication between team members, client, customers, and management
• Report performance issues to the Supervisor
• Assist with the training of the cleaning team
• Coordinate work assignments
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned aircraft
• Oversees the quality of jobs and confirms completion with the Manager
• Provide training to all new hires assigned to the aircraft
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor
• Work efficiently within tight turnaround times between flights

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and handbooks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience
• One (1) year of similar work experience
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
