The Lead Cabin Cleaner is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners located at DFW airport.

1 PM - 9:30 PM
2 PM - 10:30 PM

- Provide leadership and direction to team members
- Relay communication between team members, client, customers, and management
- Report performance issues to the Supervisor
- Assist with the training of the cleaning team
- Coordinate work assignments
- Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned aircraft
- Oversees the quality of jobs and confirms completion with the Manager
- Provide training to all new hires assigned to the aircraft
- Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor
- Work efficiently within tight turnaround times between flights
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and handbooks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience
- One (1) year of similar work experience
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
