The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and financial control of multifamily construction projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. This role oversees projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with Texas and local jurisdictional requirements.

Projects typically include garden-style, wrap, and podium multifamily developments, with exposure to mid-rise construction up to approximately 8 stories.

• Manage assigned projects ranging from $20M–$80M+
• Develop and maintain:
• Project budgets and cost reports
• Monthly forecasting and cash flow
• Change order logs and contingency tracking
• Lead subcontractor buyout and contract execution
• Review and approve subcontractor pay applications

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules in coordination with Superintendents
• Track schedule impacts and recovery plans
• Coordinate with design teams on RFIs, submittals, and constructability issues
• Procure, contract, and manage subcontractors
• Enforce contract compliance related to scope, schedule, quality, and safety
• Resolve field conflicts and performance issues

• Ensure adherence to company quality standards and safety programs
• Support jobsite safety initiatives and OSHA compliance
• Coordinate inspections with local authorities (City of Dallas, surrounding municipalities)

• 5–10+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction
• Proven experience managing multifamily apartment projects in Texas
• Working knowledge of:
• Podium and wrap construction
• Wood framing, concrete, and MEP coordination
• Strong financial and contract management skills
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
