Senior Project Manager – Mission Critical | Dallas, TX
This is a serious leadership role for someone already delivering at scale in the mission critical space.
We’re supporting a major data centre build in Dallas and are looking for a Senior Project Manager who has genuinely led large, complex programmes, not just been part of them.
What we’re looking for- Proven delivery of large scale mission critical or data centre projects
- Experience running projects valued at $250m+ ideally $500m+
- Comfortable managing 25+ staff with multiple direct reports
- Strong ownership across pre construction, procurement, delivery, commissioning and close out
- A GC background where you’ve truly owned outcomes, risk and commercial performance
- Full project ownership from pre construction through handover
- Leadership of safety, programme, cost, risk and delivery teams
- Managing complex subcontractor packages and buyout strategies
- Driving productivity, sequencing and system integration on site
- Acting as the senior client facing delivery lead
