Senior Project Manager

You’ll act as the central coordination function across leadership, operations, sales, finance, and technical teams. Your ability to create clarity across timelines, risks, and dependencies will directly influence commercial performance.

This is a fast-moving, product-led, revenue-driven environment. It’s lean, high-ownership, and expects you to operate independently.

You will:

• Create visibility across all major strategic initiatives
• Establish governance, reporting cadence, and executive-level updates
• Align leadership and cross-functional teams around delivery priorities
• Drive accountability and remove blockers at pace

You’ll lead complex, business-critical programs including:

• ERP implementations
• Operational and infrastructure transformations
• Headquarters or large-scale operational rollouts
• Revenue-impacting system and process initiatives

You’ll ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned to measurable business outcomes.

You’ll manage and mentor a Junior Project Manager while building scalable project structures that grow with the organisation.

You bring 8–12+ years of project leadership experience, ideally within fast-paced, revenue-driven environments.

You may have:

• Led ERP or operational transformation programs
• Worked in product-based or retail-led businesses
• Supported revenue-generating or commercial functions
• Operated in high-growth, scaling organisations
• Stepped into senior responsibility in a lean environment and excelled

You’re commercially aware. You understand how projects tie directly to revenue and operational performance.

You’re calm under pressure, naturally structured, and decisive.
You don’t wait for direction you create forward momentum.
